To solve the straw burning pollution problem, the Co. has set up Shanghai Straw-Pellet Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Qingpu District with its total investment of RMB20, 000,000 and a floor space of 1.34hectares. The whole set of equipment was imported from Germany and uses up more than30, 000 tons of straws. The value of pellets manufactured each year reaches USD 1.5—2 million. The main business scope of Shanghai Shenlong Petroleum Chemicals Co., Ltd. covers wholesale and retail finished petroleum products. It has oil depots and oil sending stations at Xinqiao, Zhangjiang, Huilong, Baoshan, and has a fleet of transport vehicles, sending finished oil products to the doors of its customers at any time. It has six overland petrol stations: They are located at Gudai Road, Guohe Road, Yuanshen Road, Shangnan Road, Shenzhuan Highway and down road at Yunzaobang Bridge, providing 24-hour services for passing vehicles. Its oil mainly comes from Shanghai Gaoqiao Oil Refinery. Its oil quality is good, amount full, price reasonable and service considerate, thus has won fairly good reputation.
